    Orange and Banana Smoothie

    Ingredients:


    1 cup cold milk
    ½ cup vanilla-flavored yogurt
    ¼ cup sugar
    1 pinch of salt
    2 medium oranges, peeled and chopped
    1 medium banana
    4 ice cubes

    Directions:


    Blend the milk, yogurt, sugar, salt, oranges and bananas in a blender for one minute. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth. Delicious!
