    Vegan Coconut Flour Balls

    Ingredients:


    1 cup coconut flour (100 grams)
    1 cup ground almonds (100 grams)
    1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
    a pinch of sea salt
    2 tablespoons liquid sweetener of your choice
    40 grams cocoa butter (1/4 cup melted (60 ml))
    3 tablespoons of water
    1 tablespoon beetroot powder
    1 spoon of cocoa

    Directions:


    1. Add coconut flour, ground almonds, cinnamon and sea salt to a food processor. Blend everything until smooth.
    2. Melt the cocoa butter.
    3. Add liquid sweetener, melted cocoa butter and mix everything.
    4. Add water (one tablespoon at a time) until the mixture becomes sticky.
    5. Divide the mass into three parts.
    6. Leave one part without additives, and add beetroot and cocoa powder to the other two parts. Add a little more water if necessary.
    7. Form balls of equal size with your hands.
    8. Roll each ball in coconut flour, beetroot powder and cocoa powder.
    9. Store in the refrigerator. Delicious!
