    Roasted Chickpeas

    The preparation of these chickpeas requires a little more time than the usual quick snacks. However, they are crunchy and rich, so it's definitely worth trying!


    Ingredients:


    1 can of chickpeas
    2 tablespoons of olive oil
    salt and pepper (to taste)

    You can additionally add the following spices:
    ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
    ½ teaspoon of chili powder
    ½ teaspoon cumin
    ½ teaspoon of turmeric

    Directions:


    Drain and wash the chickpeas. Remove excess water. Mix the chickpeas together with the olive oil. Add salt, pepper and your desired seasonings. Spread the chickpeas evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at a temperature of 200 degrees (30 minutes).
    Yield: ¾ cup chickpeas
