    Walnut, Fig, and Goat Cheese Spread

    Ingredients:


    250 g of fresh goat cheese
    8 dried figs, finely chopped
    1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts, toasted
    3/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 tablespoon honey (optional)
    Crackers

    Directions:


    Crumble the cheese in a small bowl. Stir in figs, 1/4 cup walnuts, pepper, and honey, if desired. Form the mixture into a cylinder about 15 cm long. Coat this cylinder of cheese in the remaining amount of walnuts. Refrigerate for 4 hours (or leave overnight). Serve with crackers. Delicious!
