    Ingredients:


    500 ml of coconut water
    1 banana
    ½ avocado, peeled
    ½ cup kale
    ⅛ lemon, squeeze the juice
    1 pinch ground cayenne pepper

    Directions:


    Add coconut water, banana, avocado, kale, lemon juice and ground cayenne pepper to a blender; beat until smooth (about 30 seconds).
