    Carob, Fig and Almond Raw Balls

    Carob and figs are a great combination!


    Ingredients:


    1 cup dried figs (150 grams)
    3/4 cup almonds (100 grams)
    1/2 cup desiccated coconut (50 grams)
    2 tablespoons carob powder
    1 teaspoon of cinnamon
    a pinch of sea salt
    2 tablespoons of coconut oil

    Directions:


    1. Soak figs in hot water for 10 minutes to soften.
    2. Put the figs together with the rest of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
    3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Use your palms to form bite-sized balls.
    4. Roll the balls in carob powder a little more.
    5. Transfer the balls to an airtight container. Place in the fridge for about an hour to set.
    6. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
