    Cranberry Orange Butter

    Ingredients:


    1 cup ghee (ghee) butter, room temperature
    1/3 cup finely chopped dried cranberries
    Orange peel (from one fresh orange)
    1/4 cup honey or pure maple syrup
    2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
    a small pinch of sea salt

    Directions:


    1. Place the ghee in a medium bowl.
    2. Add finely chopped dried cranberries, orange peel, honey, vanilla and sea salt.
    3. Use an electric mixer (mixer) to beat until smooth.
    4. Transfer the butter to a jar and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
    5. Spread on a slice of toasted bread and sprinkle with sea salt flakes - perfect for breakfast!
