Avocado Christmas Tree

These avocado trees are quick and easy holiday snacks!

Ingredients:

1 tortilla sheet
1 mashed avocado
10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
2 thin slices of cheese of your choice

Directions:

1. Mash the avocado and spread it on the tortilla sheet, leaving about 2 cm from the edge.
2. Cut the tortilla into quarters ("trees").
3. Using a small star cookie cutter, cut out 4 star shapes from the cheese. Place a star on the tip of each tortilla quarter ("herringbone top").
4. Place 5 tomato halves on each quarter ("tree toys")
