    Grape Appetizer

    Ingredients:


    1 cup chopped almonds
    1 package of spreadable cheese, thawed
    50 g of crumbled blue cheese, room temperature
    2 tablespoons of minced fresh parsley
    2 tablespoons full-fat whipped cream, room temperature
    Wooden sticks or toothpicks
    500 g red or green seedless grapes, washed and drained

    Directions:


    1. Heat the oven to 150 degrees. Grind the almonds in a food processor. Place them on a baking sheet; cook until golden brown (6-9 minutes), stirring occasionally. Transfer to a shallow bowl; let cool slightly.
    2. In another bowl, mix the spreadable cheese, blue cheese, parsley and cream. Insert a wooden stick into each grape. Roll each grape in the cheese mixture and then in the almonds. Refrigerate before serving. Delicious!
