    Gingerbread Christmas Cream

    Try this Christmas dessert!


    Ingredients:


    200g frozen banana slices (about two bananas)
    ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
    ½ teaspoon ground ginger
    1 teaspoon of vanilla
    1 teaspoon date syrup (optional, but helps bring out the ginger flavor more)

    Directions:


    Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy - this will take a few minutes. Taste and see if you need to add a little more ginger or cinnamon.
