    Cinnamon balls

    These delicious cinnamon flavored balls will decorate your festive table!


    Ingredients:


    2 egg whites
    225 g ground almonds
    125 g of powdered sugar
    1½ tsp ground cinnamon
    ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract

    Directions:


    1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and line a large baking tray with baking paper. Whisk the egg whites in a bowl. Mix all the remaining ingredients (except powdered sugar) and a pinch of salt with a spatula.
    2. With moistened hands, form into bite-sized balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
    3. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the balls begin to brown slightly. Keep a close eye on them and check halfway through cooking. While still warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar and leave to cool before serving.
