    Ginger Lassi

    Yogurt drinks are easy to prepare and very popular in traditional Indian cuisine.


    Ingredients:


    ½ cup full-fat yogurt
    1½ cups of water
    Sea salt to taste
    2 pinches of dry ginger powder
    2 pinches of roasted cumin powder

    Directions:


    Blend yogurt with water, salt, ginger and cumin in a blender. Delicious!
