    Frozen Banana Pops

    Ingredients:


    4-6 ripe bananas
    Chocolate chips (enough to cover the bananas)
    Greek yogurt, vanilla flavored (enough to cover bananas)
    A variety of your favorite toppings like: granola, chia seeds, nut butter, coconut flakes, tiny chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and more.
    Baking paper
    4-6 wooden "ice cream" sticks

    Directions:


    1. Line a baking tray with paper and set aside.
    2. Peel the bananas and set aside.
    3. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in several stages (stirring every 30 seconds). Do not melt too much or it will start to harden.
    4. Take one banana at a time, gently place it on a wooden stick and dip it into the chocolate and/or yogurt. Spread everything evenly with a spoon or knife.
    5. Top with your favorite toppings. Place the decorated banana on the paper.
    6. Repeat the same steps with each banana.
    7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
    8. Allow the banana treats to warm up and soften a bit before eating – but not too much!
