    Here's a chia pudding that only requires four ingredients.
    This is a simple vegetarian breakfast or snack idea.
    Ingredients:
    4 tablespoons of chia seeds
    1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
    1 cup of 2% cottage cheese
    Directions:
    In 2 small bowls or jars, combine ½ cup of pineapple juice and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and mix.
    Leave for 30 minutes, then mix again, cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Serve with cottage cheese and pineapple cubes.
