Ingredients:
1 cup (160 g) mixed frozen berries
1 small ripe banana (sliced and frozen)
2–3 tablespoons (30–45 ml) low-fat coconut or almond milk (plus more if needed)
1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder (optional)
Optional toppings:
1 tablespoon shredded desiccated coconut, unsweetened
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
Granola

Directions:
1. Place frozen berries and banana in a blender and blend on low speed until small chunks remain.
2. Then add a little coconut or almond milk and protein powder (optional). Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed, blending on low speed until the mixture is a “soft” consistency.
3. Transfer to 1-2 bowls and top with your desired toppings (like chia seeds, hemp seeds, coconut; strawberries, granola, and nut or seed butters are also great!
