    Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie

    Ingredients:


    3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1 cup frozen strawberries (about 10 medium strawberries)
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1 container (about 140 g) nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    Optional toppings: 1 teaspoon protein powder, chia seeds or flaxseeds, honey or pure maple syrup (for sweetness)

    Directions:


    1. Place almond milk, strawberries, blueberries, yogurt, and cinnamon in a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth.
    2. Add a little more milk for a thinner smoothie. Add a few handfuls of ice for a thicker smoothie. Enjoy immediately or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for a few hours (or up to 2 days).
