Tahini, citrus and miso paste dressing goes well with various salads, grilled vegetables and more!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup TAHINI (sesame paste), stir before use
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons MISO paste
2-3 cm piece of ginger, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, peeled
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. It will take about a minute.
2. Taste and check for seasoning. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
