Usage

For adults: using for the first time, remove the protective film and press the spray 3 times until the liquid starts to flow. Shake well before each use. Spray 4 times in the mouth or directly onto the inner cheek. Securely close the bottle after each use.

The recommended daily intake for an adult is 4 sprays. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Once opened, use within 6 months. Food supplements should not be used as meal replacements. Food additives must be kept out of the reach of children. Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight.
