Organic mountain coffee is made from a strictly controlled blend of Arabica/Robusta coffee. The coffee is sourced from Honduras, Peru, and Congo and grown at an altitude of 1400–1800 m above sea level. This gives the coffee a pleasant acidity along with fruity aromas. The coffee is roasted from medium to light, which preserves its unique aromatic properties.
