Usage
Perfect for making porridges, soups and various baked goods. Classical millet porridge is made with milk.
Directions: before cooking, wash millet groats thoroughly and cook in an uncovered pot. This method ensures water evaporation leaving groats still firm enough. Make sure to remove all foam that forms while cooking. Once all water evaporates, pour hot milk and cook on a low heat untill thickens.
This natural product can still contain some pebbles. Wash well before using.
