Description

Bartolini buckwheat pasta is made from unprocessed buckwheat flour. The slightly rough surface, which perfectly absorbs sauces and toppings, is obtained using special drying methods.
Due to its fiber content and versatile taste, it is a great alternative to classic wheat pasta.
