Organic chickpeas (gluten-free) BIO PLANET, 500 g
Description
Organic chickpeas - mainly used in Asian, North African and Mediterranean dishes. It is delicious to eat alone cooked with various sauces, added to stews, soups, salads and other dishes. They are used to make hummus, falafels (roasts). It is a filling food product. Has a lot of protein.
Chickpeas are rich in B vitamins, magnesium, zinc, potassium, sodium, phosphorus and iron. Chickpeas are also rich in vegetable protein and fiber, which help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.
Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and lactose intolerant.
Storage conditions: after opening, store in a sealed package, in a dry, cool place.

Usage
Soak in cold water for 8-12 hours before cooking. Cook in the ratio: 1 part beans, 2-3 parts water. Cook for 60-90 minutes.
