Ingredients:
230 g sour cream
1 lime (juice and grate the zest)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Grate the zest of a lime and squeeze the juice into a small bowl.
2. Add the sour cream, garlic, and salt to the bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy. If you want to squeeze this “cream” onto tacos, salads, or other foods, you can use a piping bag to decorate.
