Ingredients:

Dry Ingredients:

  • 5 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp whole grain flour
  • 1 tbsp chickpea flour
  • 1 tbsp oat flour
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Liquid Ingredients:

  • ⅔ cup coconut milk
  • ⅓ cup coconut oil
  • ⅓ cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp apple cider vinegar

Extras:

  • Peanut butter
  • Raspberry jam or frozen raspberries

Instructions:

 Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
 Melt coconut oil and combine with liquid ingredients.
 Pour into the dry mix and stir until a thick, smooth batter forms.
 Pour the batter into an 18 cm baking pan and add peanut butter pieces.
 Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 25 minutes.
 Spread raspberry jam on top and bake for another 10 minutes.

The result? A soft, rich, and gluten-free cake!
