Preparation: ratio: 1 cup buckwheat to 2 cups water. You can roast groats before cooking. Boil water in a pot, add groats and reduce heat. Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring regularly. Groats are cooked when all liquid is absorbed, and buckwheat becomes soft. Add salt and other seasonings to your taste. Buckwheat can be eaten on its own or in other dishes.
