Before first use:
Sterilize the disc – place it in the included Bamboozy sterilizer with water and heat in the microwave for 3–5 minutes.

Inserting the menstrual disc:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly.

2. Find a comfortable position – sitting on the toilet, squatting, or standing with one leg raised.

3. Fold the disc – gently press the sides together to make it narrow, similar to a tampon.

4. Insert the folded disc into the vagina toward the cervix until it slides past the pubic bone.

5. Check placement – the rim should rest just above the pubic bone for a secure fit.

The disc moves naturally with your body – allowing you to sleep, exercise, swim, or have sex without discomfort.

Removing the disc:

1. Wash your hands.

2. Relax – sit on the toilet or stand in the shower.

3. Insert your index finger, hook it under the rim, and gently pull the disc out.

4. Empty the contents into the toilet and rinse under running water.

5. After your cycle, boil or sterilize the disc before storing it in the case.

Additional Tips:

• The disc can be worn for up to 12 hours, depending on your flow.

• Some users can empty it without removing (“autodumping”) during urination.
