270 gr. almond flour
Glass of sugar
A pinch of salt
1) Beat the egg yolks with half a glass of sugar, cinnamon and vanilla sugar very well with an electric mixer.
2) Beat the egg whites with salt and the other half of a glass of sugar until stiff foam. Add sugar little by little while beating.
3) Carefully mix both whips into one.
4) Add the mixture of almonds and wheat flour to the resulting mass, also carefully.
Bake in a medium-sized cake pan for 45 minutes, in an oven heated to 170 degrees. Keep the baked cake for another 15 minutes. in the closed oven.
