Description

"Foglie d'ulivo" means "olive leaves" in Italian. These macaroni try to replicate olive media leaves in both shape and color. This shape is often used to enhance the presentation of dishes and can be used in many ways in your recipes.


Hand-seasoned by Gourmante artisans from Southern Italy, the pasta is made only from durum wheat with an ideal gluten index and protein content that allows it to maintain its elasticity and al dente cooking, while preserving all the proteins, antioxidants, fibers and amino acids. The Gourmante range contains only authentic pasta shapes, made by machines that replicate the movements of the fingers, creating a unique texture and appearance that allows the product to come perfectly close to the pasta once created by Italian grandmothers.
