Preparation: for one person: mix half a glass of oats in a glass of milk and/or water and boil slowly, after boiling, boil for another couple of minutes.
Homemade Oat milk:

You will need:
1/2 cup oat cereal;
2-4 cups of water;
Agave syrup AMRITA;
A pinch of Himalayan salt;
Vanilla (optional);

Preparation:
A ratio of 1:4 can be used (as in making other milks). Soaking is not necessary, but if you prefer you can leave 1/2 cup oat grains in 2 cups water overnight). Put the grains with the same water in a blender, beat for at least 1 minute. Strain through a bag. Press down. Can be repeated several times. Pour 2 cups of water over the remaining solids, beat again and press the solids well again. Stir in agave syrup (to taste), vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
Makes about 4 cups of milk.
In the future, adjust the texture of the milk by changing the proportions.
Milk is stored in the refrigerator for about 5-7 days.
